These provisions provide information on how Kyuramen collects, uses, and discloses personal information from users of its Kyuramen mobile application (the “App”). As used herein, “Kyuramen” refers to Tbaar App LLC, as well as their subsidiaries, parent companies, and affiliates, collectively. Please carefully read the following. By downloading, installing, using, and/or accessing the App, you consent to all actions that we take regarding your personal data consistent with this Policy.
The App includes functionality that enables location-based technology to enhance Kyuramen’s service to the User. Towards this end, the App accesses information provided by the User such as account names and log-in passwords, names, e-mails, phone numbers, addresses, financial information (including credit card information), and others (the “Personal Information”). In order to utilize the App’s functionality, the App may transmit Personal Information provided by the User. This functionality also requires the User to either (a) enable “location services” in the App; and/or (b) set the permissions in his mobile device to allow communication of this Personal Information. If the User uses this App functionality, the User consents to the transmission of User Information to Kyuramen and/or its agents, and authorizes Kyuramen and/or its agents, to record, process, and store such User Information as necessary for the App’s functionality and for purposes described herein.
Your User Information that we collect through your installation and/or usage of the App, such as names, contact and residence information, financial information, device and operating system information, purchase history, location information, and many others, are used by Kyuramen in a variety of ways to service the User. These include processing and purchasing orders, use as part of any gift system, use as part of any rewards system, respond to customer service inquiries, send you promotions and special offers, improve future iterations of the App, assist in detecting and/or preventing security breaches of User Information, provide product safety information or other important notices, maintain records for administrative purposes, and many others.
To facilitate these services, we may share User Information between Kyuramen and its subsidiaries, parent companies, and affiliates in order to enable and enhance the App for the User to order and enjoy Kyuramen products and services. For example, Kyuramen may use User Information to facilitate, enhance, and/or enable its rewards program for customers. We may also share your information with service providers (such as credit card processing services, electronic delivery services, location mapping, and analytics). In the event that Kyuramen engages in a business transaction that involves the transfer of some or all of its assets, we may also share your information with those involved in any such actual or potential transaction. Further, we may also disclose your User Information to the extent that we believe it is required by law (such as through court order or subpoena), if the disclosure will assist us in protecting Kyuramen and its customers and/or employees, or if the disclosure is necessary to enforce Kyuramen’s agreements and/or policies.

Collection and Usage of Mobile Numbers:
When you provide us with your mobile number, either through our website, mobile application, or any other means, we will only use it for the specific purposes outlined in this privacy policy. We collect mobile numbers solely to facilitate communication with you, such as sending important updates, notifications, promotional offers, and other relevant information related to our products or services.
Sharing of Mobile Numbers:
We do not share your mobile number with any third parties without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:

Message and Data Rates:
Standard message and data rates may apply when you receive text messages or other communications from us. These rates are determined by your mobile service provider and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any charges or fees incurred as a result of receiving messages from us. We recommend checking with your mobile service provider for details on any applicable charges.
Kyuramen takes appropriate measures to protect your User Information from unauthorized access or misuse. For example, when the User submits User Information (such as credit card information) through the App, we encrypt the transmitted information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. While there are no measures can ensure that User Information is completely immune from unauthorized access, Kyuramen takes its responsibility to protect this seriously using technology, internal processes, and physical measures.
We are unable to entirely delete an account. However, if you wish to modify or remove certain of your User Information, please contact us using the information at the end of this document.
The App is not intended to be used by any person under the age of 13. If you are responsible for such a child and believe we may have collected information about them, please contact us using the information at the end of this document.
By using this App, from time to time, messages will be displayed to the User within the App, including promotional communications and offers. If the User does not wish to see or receive such messages, the User must cease using and uninstalling the App.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of any User Information which the User transmitted from or stored on a device for purposes of using the App. The User agrees to immediately notify Kyuramen of any unauthorized transactions or disclosures associated with the App. Kyuramen shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the loss or theft of User Information which the User transmitted from or stored on a device or from unauthorized use of such information.
